We toured the headquarters of JX Metals Corporation and were given an overview of their research, development, and production processes for metal materials.

Through a visit to the SQUARE LAB (showroom) and discussions with JX Metals employees,

we engaged in lively discussions about how research and development of metal materials is closely related to shaping the future of society. It

was an opportunity to recognize the connection between science and technology and society, and to think about social issues.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again to everyone at JX Metals for their cooperation from the preparations to the operation of the event on the day.
*JX Metals Corporation is a participating company of the UTokyoGSC Consortium.
